| 1 | Chop ham and add it to large pan coated with Pam. | 2 | Chop carrots and add to ham. | 3 | Chop onion and add to pan. | 4 | Rinse dried split peas and add to pan. | 5 | Add 8 cups of water (or enough to cover peas). Boil on med-low for 2 hours. Add water as necessary to cover peas. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with low fat sour cream. |
