| 1 | Fry bacon crisp and drain. | 2 | Measure bacon drippings. Return 1/2 cup of bacon drippings to fry pan. | 3 | Heat over medium high heat. Add onions, celery, and mushrooms. Saute until tender. | 4 | Reduce heat to medium low and add rice. Cook for 5 minutes or until warmed through out. | 5 | Add soy sauce. Stir well. | 6 | Add beaten egg. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occassionally. | 7 | Crumble bacon over rice mixture and serve warm. |
