Steps
Sequence Step
1mix all ingredients, except dried fruit. Mixture, even with the oil and honey, will be very dry. Put into a large baking dish and cook in oven for 20-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. This will toast it nicely. When the muesli is cool, add the dried fruit. Or, you can add the dried fruit a little at a time to your bowl. This keeps the muesli crunchier, and the dried fruit a bit moister.
