| 1 | Place all ingredients except cheese, potatoes, milk and flour in a freezer bag and freeze until ready to use. | 2 | Dump bag in slow cooker and add potatoes | 3 | Cook on low for 8 hours | 4 | 30 minutes prior to serving, whisk 1/4 cup flour and 1 cup milk until no lumps remain and stir into the soup | 5 | Add cheese and stir again | 6 | Cover and cook until soup is thickened - about 30 minutes | 7 | Serve and enjoy |
