Steps
Sequence Step
1Prep all veg, keeping all seperate. Chop shallots and parsley. Cut peppers in half lenghtwise and remove ribs and seeds
2Saute shallots in butter until light brown. Allow to cool
3Add cooled shallots, 3 oz cheese (grated), parsley, and eggs to ground turkey. Mix well.
4Make small test patty and cook on stovetop to test and adjust seasoning.
5Divide turkey mixture into the 4 pepper halves. Grate remaining 1 oz cheese over top.
6Bake in preheated 375F oven 45 minutes.
