| 1 | Mix 2 cups mozzarella cheese with ricotta and Parmesan and 2 eggs. | 2 | Saute onions and garlic with browned ground turkey. | 3 | Add pasta sauce and heat through. | 4 | Layer sauce, noodles, cheese mixture adding 1 cup mozzarella cheese in one layer. Top with other cup of mozzarella. | 5 | Bake in oven for 50-60 minutes covered with aluminum foil.
