| 1 | Mix together apple sauce, milk, splenda, egg, vanilla and poppyseeds. | 2 | Sprinkle whole wheat flour, oat flour (ground oats), baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and chopped apple on top of wet ingredients and mix together. | 3 | Spray muffin tin with non stick spray | 4 | Bake at 425 for 20 min or until toothpick comes out dry | 5 | I use regular 1% milk (no vit.A added).
