Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix 2 cups mozzarella cheese with ricotta and Parmesan and 2 eggs.
2Saute onions and garlic with browned ground turkey.
3Add pasta sauce and heat through.
4Layer sauce, noodles, cheese mixture adding 1 cup mozzarella cheese in one layer. Top with other cup of mozzarella.
5Bake in oven for 50-60 minutes covered with aluminum foil. Then bake uncovered for additional 15 minutes.
