| 1 | Ina 9x13 inch glass dish, combine the egg and milk. Add the onion rings, toss to coat, and let stand for 30 minutes, turning frequently. | 2 | In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, chili powder and salt. | 3 | Preheat the oven to 450, Spray a jelly-roll pan or baking sheet iwth nonstick cooking spray. | 4 | Dredge the onion rings in the bread crumb mixture. | 5 | Place the onion rings in the prepared pan, drizzle evenly with the oil and bake for 5 minutes.
