| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. | 2 | Grease and flour a loaf pan. | 3 | In a blender, combine eggs, butter, bananas, and sugar. | 4 | In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cream of tartar. | 5 | Pour moist mixture over dry mixture. | 6 | Mix well. Add nuts. | 7 | Pour into loaf pan and bake in oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. | 8 | Cool for 10 minutes. | 9 | Turn out onto wire rack and completely cool. | 10 | Serve with butter or alone. |
