| 2 | Cream butter and sugar together till lightened, approximately 2-3 minutes with a hand blender. | 3 | Add in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt and blend in until the consistency of brown sugar. | 4 | Add eggs, lightly beaten, and blend in one at a time until just mixed. | 5 | Blend in bananas till desired consistency. | 6 | Pour batter into greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until lightly browned and toothpick comes out clean. |
