Steps
Sequence Step
1Cut up chicken into 1/2 inch pieces
2Combine soy sauce and cornstarch
3Heat half the oil and partially cook vegetables
4Remove from pan
5Add more oil to pan and cook chicken
6Add the nuts, ginger, and cayenne
7Stir the cornstarch mixture and add it and water to the pan
8Heat
9Add the vegetables and simmer until just heated through
10Serve immediately with rice
