Sequence Step
1shred/grate apples, combine ingredients and fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake @ 350 degrees F for 15 min. Brown sugar can be split with splenda to cut more calories. If that doesn''t matter, Almond flour can be substituted with all wheat flour.
