slice, medium (1/8" thick)onion, sliced very thinly

cuptomatoes, canned with green chilies

tablespoonsbeef broth, bouillon (consomme) condensed
Steps
Sequence Step
1Cook ground beef until throughly browned. Drain in colander and rinse with hot water.Place in Crockpot
2Peel potatoes and carrotts, dice and place in Crockpot
3Empty cans of corn and green beans, with liquid into the Crockpot.
4Dice the celery and slice onions placing them into the Crockpot
5Add the cans of Chickpeas and Tomatoes with liquids to the Crockpot.
6Mix bouillon cubes or crystals needed to make 2 cups or use 1 can of beef broth (two if a beefier taste is wanted)
7Add enough water to cover all ingredients.
8Let simmer in Crockpot on high for 8-10 hours.
