4PLACE 4OZ MEAT/SAUCE ON EACH BUN. TOP WITH SECOND HALF OF BUN. IF THE DINER DOESN''T WANT ANY BUNS, DON''T GIVE THEM ANY. IF DINER WANTS MEAT SEPARATELY FROM BUNS, PUT THE MEAT AND BUNS ON THE PLATE SEPARATELY. CCP: HOLD FOR SERVICE AT 140 F OR HIGHER.
