| 1 | Thaw frozen hash browns and place in bottom of 13x9 pan. | 2 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. | 3 | Cook ground beef in skillet. | 4 | Mix together 1 packet taco seasoning (preferrably low sodium kind), 1 can fat free cream of mushroom soup, and cooked ground beef. | 5 | Spread beef mixture over hash browns. Cover and bake for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and spread cheese on top. Put back in oven until cheese melts. |
