cup slicesapples, peeled, cored and diced

oz (20 halves)pecans
Steps
Sequence Step
1Cream together butter and sugar.
2Add eggs and vanilla to butter mixture and mix well.
3Combine flour, soda and salt.
4Add dry ingredients alternately with orange juice to butter mixture.
5Fold in apples and walnuts.
6Bake in greased 9" x 5" loaf pan for 55 minutes or until done.
