| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Oil pie plate. Sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
With electric mixer beat eggs until doubled in size, about 3 min. Add butter, flour mixture, and cheeses and beat well. Stir in chilis and pour into pie plate.
Bake till top is puffed and golden brown about 30 - 35 minutes. |
