| 1 | Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare penne according to direction on box. Add minched onion and salt to water. Drain and set aside. | 2 | Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray | 3 | Layer dish starting with the penne, next layer colby/jack cheese evenly over the pasta, sprinkle 2 Tbl of sharp cheddar evenly, next dot margarine evenly, continue layers ending with the penne | 4 | In separate bowl mix finely chop onion, eggs, evaporated milk, water, eggs, seasoning salt, black pepper, mix well. | 5 | Pour mixture over casserole, add rest of cheeses on top | 6 | Sprinkle top with 1/4 cup crushed cornflakes or bread crumbs. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees |
