Steps
Sequence Step
1In a large bowl put first six ingredients in and stir.
2In a small bowl mix together the wheat flour and remainder ingredients except blackberries.
3Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture and stir just until moistened.
4Fold in blackberries.
5Fill muffin tins or papers a little more than 2/3 full, should be about 18 muffins.
6Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
7Should be light brown on tops of muffins, take out and cool in pan for 5 minutes.
