| 1 | Cook Tortellini, drain and set aside | 2 | in a sauce pan add the olive oil, once it is warm add the can of diced tomatoes | 3 | Saute the tomatoes for a bit. At this stage you can add any seasoning you would like (I normally add some pesto) | 4 | Add the creamy pasta sauce. Stir and bring to a boil | 5 | Add tortellini to sauce and mix thoroughly. Bring entire mix to a boil. It is ready to serve. Sprinkle parm cheese as desired. |
