1 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Separate Eggs into two containers with egg whites and yolks. |
2 | Mix a Pinch (1/16th teaspoon) of Cream of Tartar with Egg Whites. Whip until solid peaks begin to form 2-5 minutes. |
3 | Mix Yolks, Splenda, and Cream Cheese together. |
4 | Lightly (to preserve the peaks) fold yolk mix into beaten egg whites. |
5 | Cover Cookie sheet with parchment paper and scoop 6-12 onto a cookie sheet. 12 will make the size of a cookie, 6 if you want the size of a bagel. |
6 | Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes. |
