| 1 | Coat chicken with 1 TBSP Jerk Seasoning Mix mixed with Olive Oil. Grill for 3-5 minutes on each side. Slice into bite sized pieces. Chop peppers and slice onions. Combine Lime Juice, Mayonnaise, and Apricot Jam. Mix well. Combine all other salad ingredients, the toss with the dressing you just made. |
