| 1 | the steel cut oats are 1 1/3 cup slightly cooked oats I brought to a boil removed from heat and let them sit for about 2 hours before I started.
Preheat oven to 450 deg
mix the other dry ingredients (add tsp of cinnamon) together in a large bowl
put a table spoon of the dry ingredients in with the berries in a separate bowl set aside.
melt the margarine, remove from heat and add mild and egg
add the milk mixture to the dry ingredients and mix together don''t over mix just till blended.
add the cooked oats
add the berries
gently mix together.
spray muffing tins with EVO or cooking spray
fill 12 muffin cups about 2/3 of the way.
bake for 18 min.
remove and cool. |
