cupKidney beans, dark red, canned (3-16oz cans drained & rinsed)

Steps
Sequence Step
1Brown and drain the ground turkey. Set aside.
2In a pot, saute onion, celery, green pepper, and jalepeno pepper, with garlic and spices (Salt, pepper, cumin, red pepper flakes, and chili powder) until soft.
3Add the spinach and saute for just a minute longer.
4Add the browned turkey, rinsed kidney beans, and tomato juice and bring to boil.
5Simmer for one to two hours.
6Serve and enjoy or refrigerate for later (makes a great lunch).
