| 1 | Preheat oven to 325 degrees. | 2 | Brush bottom and sides of bottom pie crust with beaten egg white. | 3 | Add a layer of potatoes, round steak and onions; repeat layer one time. | 4 | Dot with butter, salt and pepper | 5 | Cover with second pie crust | 6 | Place on baking sheet and bake for 1 1/2 hours. | 7 | Remove from oven and pour cream into slits; return to oven and bake an additional 30 minutes or until meat and potatoes are tender. |
