Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2In a medium bowl, mix brown sugar, oil, and egg together. then add flour, buttermilk, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and vanilla.
3Fold in rhubarb and nuts.
4Place in 2 greased 9x5 loaf pans.
5Combine melted butter and sugar, drizzle glaze over the top of the loaves.
6Bake for 1 hour.
