| 1 | brown meat and drain | 2 | add garlic, green pepper, water, italian dressing and spaghetti sauce. bring to a boil | 3 | break lasagna noodles into pieces and add to mixture. reduce to med heat and cover. cook for about 20 minutes until noodles are cooked through | 4 | remove from heat.
