Steps
Sequence Step
1cook vegetables and half the spices in oil.
2meanwhile in blender combine beans the rest of the spices and pasta sauce. pulse to desired consistecncy - i like mine chunky. pour into 9x13" pan.
3spoon vegetables over bean mixture.
4layer with turkey pepperoni. sprinkle with cheese.
5bake 350'' for 30 minutes
