Brok's Pizza
Ingredients

ounceshredded cheddar cheese
1/4
cup, shreddedmozzarella cheese
1/3
largeeggs
1/8
teaspoongarlic powder
1/8
teaspoonbasil
Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix all ingredients.
2Spray a pizza pan with Pam.
3Spread mixture as evenly as possible, as thinly as possible, with no holes.
4Bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes, until dark brown around the edges and completely set in the middle
5Top with your choice of toppings, then add "toppings" cheese mixture (below) on top. You may not use all of the mixture.
6Broil until golden and bubbly, 5-10 minutes depending on your oven.
7Let cool a few minutes. Enjoy! Leftovers may be frozen and thawed in the fridge, reheats well in microwave or oven.
