Steps
Sequence Step
1sift dry ingredients. Beat egg, sour cream, agave, vanilla and applesauce. Mix in dry mixture. Fold in fruit. Divide between 7 muffin cups coated with non-stick spray. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
