Steps
Sequence Step
1Break the eggs into a mixing bowl. Add egg whites and beat until smooth.
2Add diced onions, red pepper, parsley, broccoli florets, green olives, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
3Divide mixture into 12 medium sized, greased muffin tins and back at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
4Remove from oven and cool.
5Serve immediately or wrap and freeze for grab and bo protein options.
6Two muffins equal one serving.
