tablespoonbutter, softened

teaspoonvanilla extract/pure

teaspooneggs, white only

servingchocolate chips, semisweet
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare baking pan with either parchment or cooking spray.
2Combine dry ingredients (Flour, baking soda, salt) in a bowl. Set aside.
3Combine sugars and butters in mixer. Mix until well blended. Add vanilla and egg whites. Beat one minute.
4Add flour mixture and chips. Beat until well blended.
5Drop dough by level Tablespoons 2" apart. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Let set on pans after taking out for 2 minutes. Remove to cooling racks.
