tablespoonolive oil, extra virgin

fluid ouncewhite wine

cupchicken broth or stock

ouncesPasta Noodles (Angel Hair)

package (5 oz)Cheese, parmesan, grated

tablespoonparsley, minced fresh

fluid ounceheavy cream
Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat butter and olive oil in large skillet.
2Saute onion, shallots (can use onions) for 2-3 minutes.
3Add garlic, fresh mushrooms and cook till mushrooms brown.
4Add wine to deglaze pan.
6Add cooked cubed chicken ( or turkey breast)
7Boil angel hair pasta according to package (4-5 minutes).Reserve 1/2 cup cooking water.
8Add 1/2 cup pasta liquid to saute pan.
9Stir in drained noodles
10Blend in heavy cream, grated cheese.
11Garnish with fresh parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
