Steps
Sequence Step
1Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients together. Beat the egg in a separate bowl, then add the milk. Pour the combined liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until moistened.
2Spray muffin tins with non-stick spray or use pan liners. Fill the tins 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 20-25 minutes. Muffins should be lightly browned on top and nicely browned on the sides when done. Remove and put on cooling racks.
3Muffins freeze well so you can double or triple the batch, and eat some and freeze some.
