10	large	eggs
8	ounces	Hot Italian Sausage
1	dash	salt
1	dash	black pepper
3	tablespoons	milk
2	ounces	shredded cheddar cheese
1/4	cup, shredded	Cheese, mozzarella, low sodium
1	ounce	grated parmesan
1/2	teaspoon	parsley flakes

Steps

Sequence	Step

1	preheat oven to 350 degrees, get a muffin tin and spray Pam in cups
2	Brown Meat and crumble
2	Whisk all other ingredients together
3	Put 1/2 sausage down in muffin tin
4	pour egg mixture into muffin cups
6	sprinkle more browned meat on top of egg mixture
7	Bake for 20 minutes at 350 and let cool for 5 minutes
