Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix flour, salt and pepper in a closeable bag
2beat egg and milk together in a bowl
3tenderize steak until completely tender and cut into 3 ounce pieces
4dip each steak piece into egg mixture then coat in flour
5heat evoo in pan on medium high heat
6fry steak pieces until golden brown on each side
7drain on paper towels before serving
