| 1 | Wash and tear lettuce. Boil the egg for 4 minutes. In a salad bowl, add olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Break egg into this and stir with a fork. Add lettuce. Top with lemon juice and parmesan. Sprinkle on croutons. Toss and serve. |
