| 1 | Place quinoa and water in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer, cover until cooked. Approximately 10 minutes. When the outer ring separates from the center of the grain it is cooked. Put quinoa in a bowl and allow to cool. | 2 | Meanwhile, chop the tomato, cilantro and garlic | 3 | Mix all of the ingredients together and season to taste with salt and pepper.
