Steps
Sequence Step
1Blend together cane sugar and coconut oil. Add bananas, milk, greek yogurt and egg whites.
2In a separate bowl stir Quinoa flour, baking soda and sea salt together.
3Add flour mixture to sugar and mix. Add walnuts if you would like. Pour into greased 4 mini loaf pans (5x2 1/2") and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Or 1 hour and 10 minutes when using 1 9" pan. Check with a toothpick or knife that the bread is cooked through before turning off oven. Enjoy!
