| 1 | mix dry ingredients; in separate bowl mix wet, mash 3 of the bananas into the wet ingredients, chunk last banana and toss it in the dry ingredients to coat the pieces. whisk the wet ingredients then pour into dry and fold until just blended. put in a 24 counts muffin pan, bake at 400 for 12 mins. |
