Steps
Sequence Step
1This recipe is from "The Southern Sass Cookbook"...just needed the nutritional values to make this yummy dish. Trim any visible fat from steak and cut in half crosswise. Combine 1 T. brown suar and black pepper. Rub steak with sugar mixture.
2Place onion and remaining ingrediants in crockpot and stir well. Cover and cook on high 1-2 hours. Turn to low and cook 7-8 hours until steak is tender.
3Remove steak from crockpit, shred with 2 forks and return to crockpot. Stir well to combined steak and sauce. Great over white rice.
