Steps
Sequence Step
1Melt butter in rice cooker. Add onion and cook for about two minutes.
2Add rice and cook until rice glistens. Add turmeric, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Add broth and water. Put lid on rice cooker and cook until done.
