Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix dry ingredients: Flour, hot cereal, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
2In seperate bowl mix brown sugar, egg, buttermilk, olive oil and vanilla until smooth.
3Gradually add the dry ingredients
4Slowly mix in the rhubarb, blueberries and walnuts.
5Line 21 muffin cups and pre heat the over to 350.. Bake for 25 mins or until the muffin top springs back! Enjoy!!!
