| 1 | Mix honey, vanilla, and oil for 30 min on high in crock pot. | 2 | Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl. | 3 | Add 1/3 of dry mix to wet mix and stir. Then add the rest of the dry to the wet and combine. | 4 | Cook on high for 30 2.5 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. | 5 | When granola falls off spoon and appears mostly dry, empty it onto a large baking pan to cool. |
