Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine the cucumbers and tomato in a salad bowl. In another bowl, mix together the lemon juice, yogurt or sour cream, scallions, mint, parsley, garlic and black pepper. Pour over the cucumbers and tomato. Mix gently.
