| 1 | Place water and sugar in saucepan and boil until reduced by half,cool.Chop peaches and nectarines, place in bowl; add blueberries. Pour cooled syrup over and fruit. Add thyme,lemon juice,lemon zest and ginger.Stir and cover with plastic wrap,refrigerate for an hour. Serve. |
