| 1 | sift dry ingredients. seperate the eggs. Beat whites until stiff. Then beat beat batter. Add egg yolks, oil, milk to dry ingredients. Beat until NO lumps. Fold Egg Whites into batter. 1/2 c serving for each waffle. |
