3 | POUR ABOUT 3 2/3 QUART PUDDING INTO EACH PAN. COVER SURFACE OF PUDDING WITH WAX PAPER. PEEL AND SLICE BANANAS INTO .25 INCH SLICES. PEEL AND SLICE BANANAS AS CLOSE TO PREPARATION AS POSSIBLE, TO PREVENT DISCOLORATION. FOLD 1.5 QT BANANAS INTO EACH PAN. |
4 | REFRIGERATE AT LEAST 1 HOUR OR UNTIL READY TO SERVE.
