Recipe Description This recipe is found on the back of the breakfast oats package ditributed by Rogers Foods out of Armstrong BC. The breakfast oats contain flaxseed, oat flakes, oat bran and wheat.

Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine flour, salt and spices, set aside.
2Place eggs, vegetable oil and applesauce in a large bowl and beat together.
3Add orange rind, vanilla, oats, oat bran, flaxseed, almonds and sunflower seeds and stir until well combined.
4Mix in flour, salt and spice blend, add cranberries and stir until well distributed.
5Using 1/4 cup of cookie dough per cookie, place on prepared cookie sheet and press with a fork to form 3.5 inch cookies.
6Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool on cookie sheet before removing.
